UMS-Win Premium Data Conversion
Our standard practice is to convert all customer accounts including up to one year of billing transaction detail.
Monthly meter readings and usage for one year are also converted. Rate tables and deposit details are also converted.
Work order data conversion is not included. This service is available if the data from your current system can be captured.
Greentree will work with your staff to collect the data required. We have been able to convert every system we have seen thus
far. Our fee is based on the number of converted accounts.
UMS-Win Basic Data Conversion
For a name and address data conversion we will guarantee to convert the name, address (service and billing if present),
account status, account balance, income centers, switch settings and all system default settings. Account balances and
the total A/R amount will be confirmed to be correct. Transaction detail and work order information are both excluded from
data conversion. A name and address data conversion with one balance forward record per account or with income center
specific balance forward records.
Standard Accounting Data Conversion
Our standard practice is to convert only the General Ledger chart of accounts and the Accounts Payable vendor file.
Payroll data is not converted with the exception that we will manually enter the demographic data (only) for up to 25
employees. This service is available if the data from your current system can be captured. Greentree will work with your
staff to collect the data required.

Route Management System (RMS-Win)
The RMS-Win32 Route management software is designed to function in a vehicle based AMR system. It receives and collects
either RAMAR, or Dialog3G, or both, transmitted meter readings while the vehicle travels the desired route. The software
is compatible with Greentree's UMS-Win billing software, and virtually any other billing product on the market that exports
routes and imports readings.
Reports provided by RMS-Win32 include meter readings, exceptions (no read, low/high/stopped read), and orphan meters (meter
signals received but not assigned to a route)
Radix UMS Configuration Software
The Radix UMS configuration software allows us to interface these mobile computers to our billing software and virtually any
other billing software that exports and imports data. This configuration service is included with every Radix sale.
