On-site Installation & Training
We have experience in installing and training on all of our products across the United States. Usually on-site training visits are
part of our proposals to customers. In some cases we have trained over the phone for accounts that wanted to minimize startup costs.
A startup fee is charged in these cases. Whether you purchase our software products, hand held mobile computers, probes, drive-by
systems, or fixed read systems we will provide experienced, knowledgeable personnel to guide you through the learning curve.
Equipment/Systems Configuration
Virtually anyone can sell utility systems products. The true test of the system component vendor comes in making the product work
consistently in harmony with other parts of the system. Greentree's in-depth technical knowledge allows us to provide a support
service that sorts through all the options to configure both software and equipment to get the job done smoothly. Excellence in
utility systems integration is our motto.
Data Conversion
Greentree offers a data conversion service for both the utility billing and accounting software. You may choose from several
different data conversion options. We have been successful in converting many Windows based systems to Greentree without losing
any data. Utility systems based on Pick, Unix, System/36, and DOS have been converted with the same results. There is a very
good chance that we have already converted data from a system just like yours.
Custom Programming
Over the years we have added many enhancements to our utility software and systems to meet the needs of our customers. The result
is very flexible and very reliable utility software. If you have a unique requirement in your utility software we may already have
the answer. If not, we may be able to create the answer.
Utility System Integration
One of our strengths is our ability to integrate technologically advanced system solutions into an on-going utility operation
without disturbing those operational components that are meeting management expectations. We seek to provide expanded options
for management to consider while removing or lifting constraints that limit productivity. While each utility system presents a
unique set of circumstances and challenges, we have found a few upgrade paths that are very popular.
