Ongoing Technical Support
Our technical support staff provides world class after-the-sale support. We continually receive very high marks for support. Most of our support staff personnel are experienced programmers with in depth knowledge of our products. When you call our toll free support line a HUMAN answers the phone. In most cases you are put directly through to a support person. Remote dial-in support of your computer allows us to make "house calls" from our computer to yours.

Forms Design
UMS-Win can print post card type bills and full page (8.5" X 11") bills. Both types of bills can be printed on a laser printer. Post card bills can be printed on an impact printer in either a "one-up" or "two-up" format. Most customers today choose one of the laser printed forms. Full page laser printed bills can be printed on plain paper to save on forms cost. A full line of forms bursters, cut-sheet cutters and folding-inserting equipment is available with on-site service agreements. We provide a professional forms design service to simplify and expedite the forms printing process.

CASS Certification
Greentree is pleased to announce the immediate availability of a new service for our Utility Management System for Windows (UMS-Win) clients. The United States Postal Service (USPS) Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) provides for a reduced postage fee for CASS certified mailing lists. We can now offer the services of CASS certifying your UMS-Win customer mailing address database.

This is a service we offer with no on-site visits required. Through our normal remote system access capability we will extract all mailing addresses, compress them and then upload the address file to our office in Lexington. The address file is processed using mail management software designed to CASS certify mailing lists. The certified mailing addresses are downloaded to you so you can import them into UMS-Win. Once certified you may sort and print bills by the 9 digit ZIP code, by the 11 digit POSTNET bar code or by the USPS CRIS carrier route.

The Greentree CASS Certification service includes the following features:
  • Checks and corrects each U.S. address to ensure deliverability
  • Formats addresses to U.S. Postal Service standards
  • Adds the proper ZIP+4 Codes to each address
  • Adds the USPS Carrier Route (CRIS) code to each address
  • Adds the 11 digits POSTNET bar code including delivery point to each address
  • Provides a printed listing showing all address changes implemented
  • Provides a completed USPS CASS Form 3553
